All products are engraved to order and we do not usually accept returns unless items have been damaged in transit. We do require evidence for our claims process of damages and so may ask for photographs or for the goods to be returned to us for inspection so that we can process your replacements.
Most of the glass and crystal that we work with is handmade and may contain some small bubbles which are part of the hand made process with glassware and crystal.
We do not accept returns for small bubbles or minor flaws that are part of the manufacturing process of the glassware as we do check all glass and crystal very carefully before dispatch.
Where orders have been personalised or engraved to your own design we cannot accept any returns unless we have made a mistake in your order.
